"We sold our house. Took awhile, but we sold it. It was a good thing that it sold. I think it was the time the buyers wanted a seal detection ordered. That was a fiasco. They showed up at the house at a different time than what Brandon had said they were going to be there. Wanda came up with a different ways to deal with them. We liked her. When she said she was going to do something, she did it. That was really important to us. She advised us what the outcome would be in the different tests. The people were all very kind."

"It was pretty good, I worked with two different Realtors and it was a little frustrating because she kept scheduling me for 6:30 and that's a tough time for me to make. The second person worked around my schedule and that was a much better experience. I wasn't terribly demanding, and I didn't have a ton of questions, but when I did, they always answered them. I think they could have helped out with the home search a little more. It was kind of on me, which allowed me to take my time, but I still would have liked a little more help."

"It's been a pleasure working with them. As far as results, I've been getting business. The real estate that I bought for them has doubled or something it's been a very good experience. It's been better profit margins, better properties, the due diligence before we go in and work on properties are excellent.
My whole relationship started when I met Brandon Meter. I had a very small company. We were going to try to buy and sell houses and just do flip projects. When I met Brandon, he took me under his wing and showed me how things worked. Now, I've branched out of small flip properties. Now I've got properties I intend to rent out. Most recently, we had the opportunity to talk about doing development projects, which is very exciting.
I was purchasing my first property that we were going to sell for over $1 million, Brandon came up with not only comps in the area, but several versions of comps. He got comp spreadsheets for the best case scenario, and then he got a comp spreadsheet for a middle-of-the-road scenario, and he got comp spreadsheets for the worst case scenario. He really showed me that if we did these types of things, these were the things we can expect. I know that hours upon hours of work went into this. It was 50 homes or so he was able to look at and narrow those down to several dozen to do the worksheets. It was a very good experience to get those comps together, and really realize where this first million dollar home of mine would land on that spectrum."

Tell me about your experience working with Erik Brown and The Mid Coast Group
Erik was involved in both the purchase of our current home and the sale of our old house. He was awesome at helping us find our current house and really made sure it was the best house for us to be in. He was involved in every step, including buyer and seller negotiations, and made that process really easy.
In terms of selling our house, he was very open about the whole process and he followed us throughout the entire experience. Everything went smoothly and we were able to sell our house relatively quickly, which was awesome. When we were buying our current house, the seller got back to us on Mother's day and wanted to do some negotiations on prices and expectations, so Erik took time out of his day on Mother's Day, when I know he was with family and worked through the whole negotiation process. That was cool. Erik is awesome!
