Today I'd like to speak about three different reasons why now is a great time for you to purchase a home.
Properties are still appreciating at a rate of about 5% per year. This means that when you buy a home, it's going to be worth a lot more than what you bought it for. This is your chance to build up some equity.
Interest rates are still extremely, extremely low. They're not going to be getting any lower in the future, so the longer you wait to buy a home, the less buying power you will have.
Inventory is very low right now, but this isn't necessarily a bad thing. This means that you need to start looking for homes as soon as possible. They'll be going quickly, but this doesn't mean that you won't be able to find a good home.
