How Do We Provide Vendors to Our Clients?

A client of ours recently asked us how we go about providing vendors to our clients. During a real estate transaction there are many different parties involved, and so we form relationships with lots of different people

We work with contractors, moving companies, home inspectors, title companies, brokers, bankers, and more. We like to pass along a partner that provides the same level of service that we do.

This requires us to meet with them, look at their reviews, check their background, and then finally allow them to work with a few of our clients to see if adequate work is being done.  Once we bring them in as a preferred vendor, we have systems in place to make sure they're providing consistently good service. 

We care about your experience with us, so we work hard to ensure that they always meet and exceed your expectations.
